We’re recruiting two kinds of contributors:

Replication Design Team (RDT)

A small group (~5) with strong topic expertise who:

• Co-define research questions & dimensions of variation
• Specify common measures, instruments, and analysis plan
• Help mentor RP sites
• Stipend: $6,000 (per RDT member, per cohort)

Replication Participants (RP)

A larger group (~20) of instructors/researchers who:

• Run the study in their course(s) using the replication package
• Collect baseline and intervention data
• Collaborate in monthly check-ins
• Stipend: $2,500 (per RP site, per cohort)
